Yes, we offer premium services that include set-up and maintenance at an addition cost based on the geographical location. Those services can be built into the tank purchase, or billed separately. Can the Illusion be used for fresh or salt water environments?
Yes, the tank is high grade stainless steel and glass for exceptional life with any environment.

I already have expensive fish. Can I upgrade to the Illusion and safely keep my fish?
Yes, after initial set-up, and water treatment, you can begin to introduce the fish to their new environment. With any aquarium, there is a risk of shock or death to the fish if the water isn't properly treated and tested prior to introducing the fish.

I am building a new home/office and want a custom sized tank. Can you customize the Illusion to suit my needs? 
Yes, we do offer custom tanks sizes. The Illusion is offered in a 80 Gallon capacity to allow fitment through standard entry ways of three feet. The tank can be scaled given time for engineering, manufacturing, delivery and installation. Prior to wall or window installation of the home or office, we can do most anything. Existing structures that have doorways exceeding three feet and access to the final destination also allow custom sized options. However, we do not offer structure support in our tech services department. I live in an apartment and I am concerned about the weight. Is this a problem?
No, most apartment structures can support loads much greater than the Illusion will exhibit. This tank and all of it's contents shouldn't exceed 800 pounds. When in doubt, ask your apartment manager.

What if the power goes out?
It is not unlike any other aquarium, when the air pumps and filtration stop, fish will continue to live on. If equipped with sump filtration this system will allow water levels in the Illusion to drop affording the fish more surface area. After extended periods of time, the oxygen in the water will fall causing harm to the marine environment.  However fish will surface to acquire oxygen in an attempt to maintain healthy levels.
